Just because its “New Construction” doesnt always mean it is in perfect condition and this example shows the importance of having your new construction home inspected. We performed an inspection for the buyer and the roof was covered in broken tiles. The roofers were working on the next house over at the time of inspection. The roofing contractor ended up replacing 119 tiles for the buyer. Our clients 3 nextdoor neighbors had us out to inspect their new roofs and 2 of the 3 were in similar condition.
